Format: DVD
First of all, even though the trainer in this is Elia Siaperas, who presented the Hannah Waterman and the Claire Nasir DVDs, this DVD is different to the respective DVD's (someone was always going to complain about that, so just to warn anyone)
With those ones, the sections are all very hard to do, whereas with this one, although all the sections are very tough, they build up throughout the DVD from tough aerobic style, through boxing, there's also a plyometrics section, which I was nearly crying by the end of as it was so difficult. The belly buster section is brilliant, I can tell if I keep doing it I will get abs like Jennifer (Im currently looking very much like her before picture, so I will try to update to let everyone know how Im coming along). Due to the format of this particular DVD, I do feel like I can get through it all (barely) although as each section is individually such a great workout, I wouldn't need to do the whole thing. The stretching section was good, although considering Jennifer was a dancer, it could have been better, she has clearly had an influence on the DVD itself as there are certain moves that have a certain ballet edge to them.
Another great and VERY important thing is that her technique of exercise is very good, so I was happy to follow her.
I've looked at the diet section and I think that I will start following that as well as the exercise (it worked for Jennifer)
She does look amazing, and this is a very good reason to want to carry on, every time I wanted to stop any exercise I took one look at her and carried on.
Even though I love this DVD and can see myself doing it regularly, if I had to be critical, Id say that there could have been more extras, maybe a dance section, like I said, maybe more stretching, but don't let this put you off all in all, its an amazing DVD.

I purchased this as it has the same layout as Hannah Waterman's DVD, alongside the same trainer. I found this DVD fantastic, it has four sections and each one can be done on its own or all together if you like. The trainer comes across as motivating and encouraging, he doesn't talk too much like some can, but he encourages you enough to make you want to carry on.

The warm up is included in the first section, same as Hannah's. I don't understand why it's not just separate, it would be a lot easier. The cool down is included in the last section.

Tone blaster - first section and the starter one, I found it really good and quite hard. Lots of fast pace on the spot running with weights alongside squats etc. Very effective at making you sweat (and burn calories!)

Box blaster - Not sure why this is called boxing blast as there's only a few punches and kicks included, there's mainly lots of jumping and floor work! Good workout overall, slightly harder than the toning blast.

Power blaster - Very difficult, lots of explosive moves.

Belly blaster - Working on the tummy, shorter than the other workouts but it's good.

Overall, I enjoy working out with this DVD, and it is a great price too, so I definitely recommend.

Ok, so I admit to being a bit of a workout DVD fanatic, and I've got so many DVD's from Jillian Michaels, The Firm, 10 minute solutions, Zumba and Turbo Fire - not to mention a few other celeb DVD's I've bought along the way - I reckon this by far has to be one of the most effective DVD's I now own - I've only done the workout once but (as another reviewer said) I could almost literally feel the fat melting away! I love interval training anyway and I think it's very effective - I've lost 2.5 stone in just under a year from doing Weight Watchers and various workout DVD's - but I'm now struggling to lose that last stone which is why I wanted to buy a DVD that was really effective. When you're doing the 'heart raiser' sections with the weights in your hands you can feel that having that extra resistance makes all the difference! Plus my arms and my abs are aching so much (which I see as a good thing!) and I have to say, I usually go through the abs sections of DVD's with no problem as I think I must have quite strong abs, but this one really did the trick! I also felt on such a high after doing the workout, which is amazing so I now can't wait to do it again! I managed to do the warmup, first 2 sections, ab section & cooldown, but I didn't do the 3rd most intense section - I'm building up to that! I can really see that doing this workout at least 3 times a week would bring fantastic results. I also purchased Nadia Sawalha's 'Fat to Fab' at the same time as this DVD and I've done that workout once too which is also a great workout based on interval training with lots of toning. I'm very pleased with both my purchases. If you want a workout that's simple and effective then chose Jennifer Ellisons!!

This workout DVD is really good best I've had yet n I've had many of them yea workout is hard the first couple times till u learn it but like any workout if u want to lose weight n tone up this is ideal for u I've lost a stone in 4 weeks by doing this and feel great defo best buy!!

Genuinely good workout! Especially as I have not done any exercise for ages. After two weeks I am building up my stamina and this workout allows different levels. Have recommended to my family and friends who will be investing in it. Do feel better already, although I have not really followed the diet too well......but little steps first i think! Overall, excellent and will continue to do this.
