I was at first dismayed when Merryday cat arrived because he was folded in half and squeezed into a polybag. However,once released, puffed up and set upon my shelf, he became everything I hoped he would be.Bought as a gift, I did not want to wrap him up and give him away. My neice was delighted with this very velvety and cute cat and I shall buy another Merryday cat just for me.

I wished he hadn't been bought as a gift as I would have happily kept him, as would my 6 year old. He has lovely soft fur just like a real cat and perfect skinny limbs for tiny hands to hold onto.

A beautifully made soft toy cat. The arms and legs are long and dangle as my granddaughter carries it around. It is a firm favourite, and as it looks so much like the real cat at home, it encourages a toddler not lift up the real cat!
