Put simply, this doesn't work (or at least the one I received doesn't).
I haven't tried using it to sync my ipod touch to itunes, but it doesn't charge it so that in itself renders it useless.

I didn't expect these to be any good in view of the price but they do exactly what they should... and arrived very quickly. I combine them with a 3 pin/USB adapter and can charge from the mains. Much cheaper than the Apple designated charger. Don't hesitate!

The cable was tight to fit and at first did not work at all.I had to reset ipad.Now it will sync sometimes but will not charge at all.

GOOD REPLACEMENT CABLE
This was a good price and is indistinguishable from the original apple cable. Much cheaper and does the same job. No complaints from me.

Flimsy
