that was the tagline that accompanied "jaws 3D" in the cinemas during the 80's, but unfortunatly the vhs and dvd releases do not have the 3D effects, and sadly the transfer of these effects to dvd format are so obviously computer generated, the worst being when the shark explodes and the broken jaws fly up on-screen. and the shark is rather fake looking. nothing compared to the fabulous model in the first movie. BUT these complaints aside, the film itself is not too bad at all. definatly a good picture for a rainy day, and the attacks are still quite gruesome as true jaws fans will be pleased to hear. the movie cannot compare to the original, or really the surprisingly good "Jaws 2" either, but as a film in its own right it could hold its own against some of the trash that invades our cinemas these days. the dvd is not great for extras, boasting no more than a theatrical trailer, but i always find those quite entertaining to watch- especially if its an old movie. the third dimension may well have been terror, but as far as dvd's go, the second isnt too bad either.
