The most stunning luxury bed linen of Jasmine silk is made by supremely high quality, 100% 19 Momme Finest and Seamless Mulberry Charmeuse silk, which has a 400 thread counts so it feels exquisitely soft, drapes beautifully, and perfectly smooth too. 19 Momme silk is the smoothest, creamiest, and shiniest type of silk. They are more durable than the standard 12-16 momme and sandwashed habotai. Warning on Habotai silk is some suppliers sand was the silk to make it even softer. This greatly reduces the durability of the linen. For this reason we do not recommend sand washed silks at all. You should also avoid purchasing cheap silk bed linen because you will be getting a bargain set of silk sheets that is made from a lower quality silk and that likely also contains other non silk fibers in the weave. After searching for an affordable silk pillowcase for ages (they're usually in the region of £30), I was thrilled to find this one at Amazon. It arrived within just a few days and the quality is superb. I no longer wake up in the morning with my hair kinked or with pillow creases across my cheeks. It's better than the most expensive night cream!

This pillowcase is incredibly comfortable to sleep on especially if you have sensitive skin and it also reduces the number of "sleep wrinkles" you have when you wake up in the morning! There are no buttons or zippers it just slips easily over your pillow with an overlap of fabric at the back. No washing instructions came with the pillowcase but I just put it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle and it came out perfectly. I live in Germany and so I had this sent to a friend in London who forwarded it on to me - it would be great if the seller shipped internationally or at least to the continent as I had no luck finding a silk pillowcase here in any of the department stores. I am going to buy another pillowcase soon so that I can always have one on my bed - they are that good!!!
