I bought this by mistake, assuming it is the same as the Driver 8 model. It is not: there is no padded laptop sleeve, no extra utility pocket and no zip on the front pocket. The last means that the pocket will catch rain water – not that clever. Some other smaller details are also missing.
Overall the backpack looks good, the zippers are rain-protected but do not look as robust as in similar price level luggage. Somewhat difficult to open, but I cannot comment on durability before I’ve used the item. Interior design of the largest compartment is extremely simple – just a hanging piece of synthetic fabric attached with a Velcro to the bottom. The workmanship is average.
The wheels seem to be robust and user-serviceable.
The weight of the backpack is 1907 g on my kitchen scales.

Yes it's a good quality bag but with poor design flaws, the shoulder straps are dragging close to the ground when pulled on it's wheels.
The small dirty wheels make contact with your clothing when used as a backpack, it's even worse when it's raining because you can see the dirt on your clothing from where the wheels have been touching your clothes from the dirty ground!
Maybe you could wear a waterproof rain top so that the wet wheels don't soak through onto your clothing? but this shouldn't be necessary if they'd put more thought into the design side of things!
They could have made a small plastic waterproof cover that is attached to the top half of the bag which could be pulled down over the wet dirty wheels when used as a backpack.
I hope the manufacturers of these bags read my suggestion I've put foward.
