The workout consists of a 20 minute low-impact aerobic workout (led by Jane Fonda's instructors) followed by a 20 minute total body stretch (led by Jane). The aerobic section is probably suitable for beginners and intermediate exercisers, although the more experienced exerciser can still get a good workout by increasing the intensity of the moves (ie adding jumps, etc). A good, solid wokout which you can slot into a busy schedule, or useful for the more experienced exerciser who wants a less intense workout. The full body stretch is also good, great for improving flexibility and also designed to suit all ages and levels of ability. All in all a good complete workout, the only downside is that it does not include abdominal work, although you can purchase either one of Jane Fonda's other tapes (Total Body Sculpting or Abs, Buns and Thighs) both of which include abdominal workouts.
