There is just enough to let you feel you are reaching out beyond the normal range of movements in a busy day. The presenter is upbeat but not OTT so I would recommend it.
Jane knows her stuff and presents well and I would definitely recommend this series of dvds not just to older people but to anyone who is less than fit.
