I had this Video years and years ago, it is one of the greatest exercise routines ever! it is not to much for those who are new to workouts or who have health issues, and it really works!! My body has never been in such a great shape as when I did this workout 5 times a week. If you do it while dinner is cooking it is easy to fit in and becomes part of the daily routine! Was a little disappointed as the quality of the video was not that great. It is a shame that it is not re-released on a DVD as it would sell millions!
