I was first told about this book by a friend of mine, and, as I was trying to find the medium between eating junk and not starving myself, I thought I would give it a go.
There are loads of brilliantly tasty recipes in here, and I really would recommend it to anyone. It also informs you of the benefits derived from most foods; what is good for depression, constipation and even a low sex drive! Not that that was why I bought it!
Whenever you feel you would like a well-balanced, nutritious meal, this is the place to look. From morning pick-you-ups like scrumptious smoothies, through to lunches on the go, and so much more, you will find it difficult to eat food not out of this book. I realise I must sound like Jane Clarke's agent, but I really think this is one foodie book you wouldn't want to be without.
