The emphasis on fresh produce in this compilation is admiral, and the recipes are certainly healthy and probably delicious. The only problem is Jamie uses virtually the same ingedients in every recipe, usually changing only the one that's the focus of that session. And he must have used 50 litres of olive oil. He cooked with it, cooked in it, added it, dressed with it, finished with it, decorated with it, etc. If you add the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, then throw in the veg of the day, you've got all the recipes. As a rule I like his cooking style, but the repetition here was a bit much.
