This grater is the best I have ever bought. It is very easy to use to fit over a bowl or pan so that there are no spills.It is also very easy to clean I was so pleased with it i have bought the course grater.

These graters really are great! They are sharp and make quick work of everything from blocks of cheese and large carrots to ginger and garlic. Ergonomic grip makes grating action simple. Easy to clean - dishwasher safe too - and always sharp. All you need to remember is to watch your fingers! Robust items which quickly become a mainstay of the kitchen. Throw away your old graters now!!

This grater was initially purchased to produce fine zest from limes/lemons etc. to be used in Thai cooking, but I have found not only is it excellent for this application, but also exceptionally good for grating any reasonably hard substance - cheese for pizza, carrots for coleslaw for example. Grating quinces to make quince jam was simplicity itself however BEWARE!! The grater is fearsomely sharp!!
