This product was delivered very quickly, cooks beautifully, excellent size, didnt want the massive 6.5l or small 3.5l slow cooker, this was inbetween. Big enough for a leg of lamb and large pork joint. Perfect size for stews for a hungry family of 3 with plenty of leftovers for next day.Piece of plastic on handle broke after a few weeks, sent email to amazon within 30mins I had reply saying a replacement had been ordered and the faulty one was collected two days later. Was quite astounded by the excellent customer service.

Where is the instruction booklet?,

Arrived to great excitement, but there was no instruction booklet in the box. Should there be one? The DVD gives a few recipes, but no instructions as to how to use the cooker. Do you pre-heat the pot? What does the auto programme do?I have followed one recipe from the DVD which turned out great, but would love to know a bit more about the product! If I have missed something then I will change my review to 5 stars. Anyone got any ideas? Amazon is an amazing company. I emailed them about the booklet and within 15 minutes received a reply saying that a new cooker would be posted as soon as possible. I have revised my rating to 5 stars.
