Great all round knife.
Ergonomics good - feels right in the hand. Is sharp straight out of the box and hones up easily.
great for preparing vegetables but will easily carve ham or bread.

This is an excellent knife. For the price ,the quality, weight and design of this are amazing. It seems to suit all hand sizes from the small, (me) to the large,(my husband and sons). It copes with all kitchen chopping and slicing duties with ease from those annoying leeks which need to be finely sliced, through to cutting up stubborn pieces of fatty steak. Also, fabulous for cutting chocolate into chunks. Anyone who has attempted to cut a block of chocolate into " rough bite size chunks " will know what an incredibly challenging task this can be, almost worth buying this knife for that job alone I say!

Now I've got this knife I use it all the time. I find it a lot easier to use on even small jobs in kitchen than a smaller knife. It's very sharp,well balanced & feels good in the hand. Overall a well made knife & I would be lost without now.

Good for cutting the little suckers
The shape of the blade on this knife is designed to release the slices you cut from any vacuum that causes them to stick to the knife. Its that simple and it works beautifully.
