(REAL NAME)   
This was purchased as a Xmas present and on the second time of use the Control Knob completely snapped. Firm were very good and replaced the faulty cooker with a new one. The same fault happened yet again. Perhaps it is when it comes into contact with heat that makes it faulty. I would only replace this item with one of a different maker.
