Waste of Money 12 Jan 2010
Format:Paperback
This is not a book, just a pamphlet. The best thing about it is the cover and nothing else. 64 pages of huge text that could have been put in just a few pages. It is basically a summary of the film, not a script, not a novel. Buy the Survival Guide or Art Book instead. This is just a money making waste of time.

Shameful piggyback 18 Feb 2010
Format:Paperback
Adds nothing to a perfect film. This shamefull cash monkey is simply hoping the Avatar phenomenon will generate a few more pounds to the pot.
Don't get me wrong, the movie is superb, setting the bar higher than ever for the future. The backstorys could be explored for years.
This pamphlet wouldn't make a DVD booklet. Save your cash and buy Avatar on Bluray when it comes out.

I have just received this thing and I am disgusted at its total and blatant attempt to jump on the band wagon. The fans demand to be treated with some kind of respect. We have seen the film and now we want to read the book - or series of books about Avatar. James Cameron is a brilliant director and I love the film, surely he can not be sanctioning such a blatant rip off.
