Have been using these for the past 4 months, with average mileage of 20 miles a day during the winter months, normally brake blocks last 3 months over the winter with the rain, grit etc, yet there is still plenty of wear left in them.
I have tried many brake blocks, from the cheap to the expensive and have always been blighted by excessive squealing, despite how i tried to clean the rims, and ive tried all methods, and the rims are a good quality rim.
The anti squeal compound does at is suggests, stops this squeal. Though not forever, after 4 months, there is a slight, intermittent squeal starting to develop in the front pair, but for the use and length of time I have had squeal free, reliable breaking, Ive given 5 stars and would highly recommend these.

Amazon Verified Purchase
A real bargain considering I've seen a similar product (perhaps the same product but under a different brand badge?) going for £8 a set at a local bike shop. We do seem to be overcharged terribly for all bike parts and accessories in this country, I used to take day trips to France regularly to stock up on gear like this at just a fraction of what's charged in the UK - but now we have the Amazon market place it's a whole lot easier to get good gear at a good price!

I'm really happy with this product, the anti squeal compound works really well and there is a nice soft 'breaking feel' when in use.

It never squeaked until I used these blocks

Cycle brake blocks
I replaced both front and rear brake blocks on my bike, and they came very quickly, just what I wanted. Easy to fit and very effective (and quiet) under braking. First class item.

Excellent
I bought this V-brake type brakes with anti squeal compound 2 weeks ago and I have to say they are excellent. They work well in dry and wet condition. Recommended.

I smell marketing bs...
Even with the so-called anti-squeal compound these made more of a squeal than the stock brake blocks. And they're also very thin, so don't expect them to last very long. Read more

The brakes come loose in an envelope with no branding or packaging so cant say if the ones I got were Jagwire or not

Jagwire V-brake
Great value replacement brake blocks. Very easy to fit. Bike stops well even in the wet, would highly recommend them.

Just the job
