I ended up employing a joiner to make up the workbench. The instructions are very unclear and some of the parts are made too neat for fitting. There was a number of washers broken and a couple of screws the same way but I did not see the point of getting them shipped from germany when it was easier to go to the local hardware store. The drawer seems quite flimsy, but the actual workbench as a whole is a good idea and perfect size.

The package was too flimsy, no missing parts, but some damage to the MDF & long steels, don't they have expanded polystyrene, plastic corner protectors & shrink wrap in Germany ? The instructions are useless, even when you translate from the German.
To help anyone who buys this bench, the part V is in the screw bag, there are two AA nut, bolt washers short to complete the assembly, you will need extra washers to secure the peg board R that best goes on from the rear. Part V & W bolt together thru G, There are 2 different types of G, put the ones with extra holes at the top, the screws are all Philips so your Posidrive drivers will not work, there is no mention of the 5,5mm drill & cordless you will need to open out the damaged holes quality control missed in Stuttgart. You can rest assured that Jago may not care about their pathetic instructions to assemble the thing but all their legal disclaimers are in place, to quote Please note in particular the safety instruction, Page !. SAFETY CAUTIONS, Page 2. & the WARNING, Page 11. Once built it's OK but could have been so much better.

If someone has actually built this then we could do with some advice!!
Why are the pieces marked 'D' so much shorter than 'G' and how can you fit 'G' when there are no holes? What do attach 'G' to?
This is a terrible piece of kit and had we not got all the pieces strewn all over the spare room floor then I would have sent it back.
Don't buy it, it's far too hard to put together unless you are a joiner, and can understand very poor instructions in a foreign language with drawings that don't resemble the parts that you are trying to assemble!!

Am in the process of assembling this and I quite like the look of it so far. I am not a joiner as some people seem to think is necessary, but it seems to be going well....except that it took several hours yesterday and I haven't finished yet. I expected vorsprung durch technik and didn't quite get that. The long horizontal bars (G) were bent and needed to be hammered flat, the instruction booklet would benefit from being twice the size as it's not clear without a magnifying glass which end/way up the holes/ledges are meant to be and I had to dissassemble the G pieces when I found that one has an essential hole in it and needs to be in a certain place, not clear from the instructions. It is really a two man job especially at the start, so as one woman I feel quite pleased with myself...you really need a workbench to put it on to assemble it :-} It needs to be assembled in the place you would want to put it but it also needs space to assemble it. I am a bit underwhelmed by the flimsiness of the MDF and the drawer handles. On the other hand, assuming I can get the rest of it together today, it is OK for the price, but I only want it as a painter's workbench, I don't think it would be sturdy enough for doing heavy duty DIY on, and today is "drawer day" so everything might change!

I agree it was not easy to assemble, but it is bolted together and does meet the description as claimed. The actual work surface is MDF and could be sturdier - but I've added to it to ease fitting a vice. Also like an earlier reviewer, I am a bit disapointed in the drawer which seems a little flimsy. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.

Fiddly to put together but well worth the money and can cope with my needs (light to moderate work). Although I would suggest something a bit more robust for heavy duty work or projects
