Welcome to my new Shape Challenge DVD. It’s a really simple exercise plan, which will help you lose weight and burn fat.
Ten weeks ago, I wasn’t looking my best! I didn’t do any exercise or eat properly and I definitley wasn’t happy with my shape. Luckily this all changed when I started the
Shape Challenge.
So what is the Shape Challenge? Well, with the help of my fitness instructor, the Shape Challenge has been put together to help you get into shape at home.
The workout includes 6 sections as follows:
Warm Up
Shape Circuit 1
Shape Circuit 2
Resistance Workout
Core Training
Cool Down
If you're pushed for time you can just do one section in fifteen minutes (but don’t forget to always do the Warm Up and Cool Down sections)...or if you are feeling very energetic
you can do the whole thing from start to finish! I know how tough it is to make time to exercise, but I’m really glad I did and I noticed the results really quickly. I feel great, have loads more energy and love my new shape. So now it’s your turn to try your own Shape Challenge because if I can do it, I reckon you can too.

I was wary of buying this DVD as unsure what Jade would be like in a fitness DVD. But the before and after photos and the fact that it had 4 different workouts made me give it a chance...and I was pleasantly surprised. The workouts can either be done seperately or in combination giving you flexibility in your workouts, especially if your time is limited. The personal trainer is very easy on the eye and quite good with explaining the exercises. Jade can be annoying with her comments but it is good to see her struggling and getting tired like a normal person would. I have Davina's workouts and its very annoying when you're sweating buckets and want to fall in a heap and Davina is bouncing around like she hasn't done anything. Jade is much more down to earth.
The workouts give a good all body workout with cardio, resistance and core training. You don't need any equipment although you can use dumbells and a step if you have them.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to shed those extra pounds gained over Christmas

It may not be politically correct to say it but one of the best reasons to buy this kind of DVD is if you fancy the star who's in it. Jade really does look gorgeous throughout this DVD, proving she is absolutely NOT a minger. She's beautiful and sexy, and clearly not a stupid person, as many believe. Buy it and enjoy it. Do the exercises too if you like! Seriously, though, if you like Jade you'll LOVE this.

Teh CD was extremely poor quality. Definately an imitation and it sticks in places and the sound has to be turned full volumn to hear it.

Its great but impossible to watch now
It is a great workout and she looks great. Or sadly looked great. Its unbearable to watch knowing she is no longer with us anymore though. RIP Jade.

Shocked - this is a good workout!
