i am forever amazed about reviews people put up. we dont want to hear the story! you are spoiling the viewing by reveiling the content, and really your opinion is not required other than the quality of the movie, transfer colour, authenticity, bootleg etc. that is what we the customers want to know, not the story or a critical acclaim.

Story of an Irish family on hard times.
Daughter Jacqueline McNeil idolises her father Mike (John Gregson) but he hits the bottle and loses his job.
This is a very human story full of sentiment with touches of humour from a more innocent time. One or two good child stars in this styled in the old-fashioned format - including Richard O'Sullivan.
Based on the Catherine Cookson novel.
