A good product council required statndard but it would be very nice if they mention the security screws how are you ment to screw them without a special screwdriver. they have failed to mention this anywhere so be aware you will have to buy normal screws or a special screwdriver.

Complete nightmare! This lock ships with stupid security screws. Do not use these screws - the screws are of very poor quality and the heads chew up almost immediately making it impossible to screw them in or (because they are security screws) take them out. As a result I have a lock which is half screwed in which is a) not secure and b) more importantly, not safe. I wish I had not bought this product or, at the very least, had not used the completely useless screws they provide.

I ordered the jacklock from amazon and it arrived very quick.
The product it self is very good and does exactly what it is supposed to do,
I would recommend the jacklock to anyone who needs a window restrictor for added safety.
The product itself is so easy to fit and only takes about 1-2 minutes.
I used my own screws as the ones supplied need a special screw bit to screw them in, this was no issue to me as it only takes 4 screws and i just used some of my own.
