This is a book of cartoons providing puns on the second word in the book's title (referred to as "word" from herein, to get around Amazon censorship). There are a couple of examples on the "look inside" version - others include "stupid word" (a turd wearing a dunce's cap), "little word" (a poop seen through a magnifying glass), "crock of word" (a crocodile with a word - shaped like the one on the book's cover - sticking up through its back) and "word sandwich" (you can guess that one).

The book is reasonably amusing, although it gets a bit repetitive, and the cartoon sequence at the end is probably the poorest part of the book. In terms of toilet humour/poo books, I would recommend The Book of Poo: A Spotter's Guide over this - in terms of quality and quantity of content. Although if you're after plain silly, and a picture book rather than a book that involves actual reading, "Jack word" is probably more for you.

I received this book as a present and its clever play on words accompanied by the funny illustrations made me laugh out loud. I have since bought it as a Get Well present. It is a perfect tonic for those who are feeling a bit under the weather. I have bought it as a present for teenage boys who heartily appreciate toilet humour. It is a must for anyone with a sense of humour, who wants to have a good laugh.

I should of read the product description better, as i was expecting it to be a bit of a 'toilet humour joke book' but it is just statements - my own fault

A very funny book (if you like that sort of thing) It had my 18 year old son creasing up with laughter, so simple but very effective. Its harmless fun.

I would recommend to friends with a similar sense of humour.
