These trousers were ordered and for the price of them we were expecting a nice pair of chinos, folded neatly and expertly in a bag. What did we get?? A pair of chinos that were literally thrown into an envelope and posted through the door! It looked as if somebody had picked these up off a shelf (or floor!), rolled into the smallest ball that they could and then packed into an envelope. Once opened, the trousers were so creased, they resembled shorts! I have never seen anything so bad in my life! Trousers are currently being washed and then will have to be ironed. If they cannot be straightened out, they will be returned and a full refund wanted! Appalling!!
