And armed with a spade and a horn, he made his way up the hill and began the lonely task of eliminating the giant.....When he returns armed with a head in one hand and a treasure chest in another, it is deemed quite a successful trip and Jack is then known as `Jack the Giant-Killer'!
WARNING - does contain a bit of violence, in the form of whacking the giant on the head with the spade!
Lots of action packed into 31 pages!

Format:Library Binding
Both my 5 year old and 3 year old love this book. The illustrations are fantastic too, lots of detail and expression. We have also enjoyed others in this series. At the moment we read them to our 5 year old but I don't think it'll be long before he can manage them himself.
