good product but a little bulky,

i have had my Jabra for about a month now and i wear it almost every day. its a great product all in all. the sound quality is very good, people tell me that they cant tell the difference when i am using it, and the incoming sound quality is equally as good. my only gripe is that it is a little bulky and when you bend down it easy slips off. the fitting could be better or if it could be adjusted to fit anyone rather than being one size fits all? this would be easy to do, just needed to be a little more plyable, thus enabling you to bend it around your ear. however all in all a very good product and i would recommend buying one to anyone.

Excellent Bluetooth Headset,

I have owned two BT250 headsets and found them to be clear, comfortable to wear and easy to set up and use. I have twice lost one and found it weeks later in a customer garden - and somehow was still working once it was recharged! One minor gripe is that as the battery runs down they gradually get less clear and disconnect occasionally. In contrast to a previous review, mine have worked fine for well over a year each. (One did smash when I dropped in on a concrete floor). If the BT500 gives better battery warnings and isn't worse that the 250 in any way then it is an excellent product and that will be my next buy. Well done Jabra.

My Jabra BT500 was brilliant - while it worked. After less than 6 months of use it developed a fault and could not be detected by any blue tooth device that I tried.
