Had this headset a month now and its great! Whilst I only use it to make calls the sound quality is clear and loud enough to have a conversation whilst driving. Its tiny! It sits in your ear like headphones would without an ear hook (although there are a couple of ear hooks in the box) and feels very comfortable - just what I need from a headset

People can't hear me, too low level of the Jabra's mic that was confusing with ambient noise. Tested both indoor and outdoor. I had to get back my old Nokia bluetooth headset, ugly but better in performance.

Amazon Verified Purchase
It does work and it pairs fine etc.. However the "in ear" element is 15 mm in diameter; if your ear-hole is this big, then go for it, otherwise you will spend the entire conversation with one hand pushing the "handsfree" close enough to your ear drum to hear.

Won't hold a charge!
There's nothing else to say. It doesn't hold a charge, so it's useless. I'm hoping that Amazon will take it back without the original packaging.
