Having wasted my time and money on the Plantronics 520 without much interest from the customer service team at Plantronics either, I was wary of purchasing another bluetooth headset to be honest. However, I have to admit to being very happy with my new Jabra BT2020. No problems whatsoever and for almost a third of the price of a useless headset from Plantronics. Don't be put off by the price. Fits well on the ear too. I only use mine with my laptop but that works fine. Plantronics tried to persuade me that the fault probably lay with me using a Belkin bluetooth dongle. Knowing Belkin's products as I do, I thought it highly improbable. I was right. Thanks again Plantronics for a useless product and after sales service.

I Absolutely hate this Jabra and agree with S Lane's comments. The sound controls and control button are too small and difficult to find - making a mockery of having a hands free device when you can't easily locate the buttons without looking at them !!! This version doesn't vibrate either why did Jabra have to replace the 250V with such an inferior product? Have resorted to still using my ancient 250v which is now rather battered and held together with sellotape but still works brilliantly.

The microphone is very clear an so is the speaker. Its a good headset if your going to be using it with a phone in ur pocket but move more than a few meters from the phone an the signal gets crackly. All in all its a good headset just dont buy if your looking for something with a bit of range

Absolutely brilliant

best bluetooth headset
This is by far the most comfortable headset to wear. I have to have one of these in my ear for 90% of the day and the newer ones are so uncomfortable and make your ear sore. Read more

Jabra headset
My old Sony Ericcson GV435 came apart so I reviewed several options and bought the Jabra. After 2 days I glued the old Sony unit back together and gave the Jabra away. Read more

Don't bother

Great gift for someone you hate!!
This is about as far from being a replacement for the BT250v as it is possible to be. The BT250v had voice dialling - this doesn't. Read more
