For all the years that I've owned an iPod I've been obsessed with ensuring I have the white Apple headphones to 'complete the look'. However, I've have gotten through nearly twice as many pairs of those as I have ipods (six and three respectively) when I finally twigged that they were not up to the task of being bashed about in my handbag/pocket/college bag day in day out.
So after looking round a bit and being advised by friends, I decided to purchase the JVC Gumy headphones and I am so glad I did. They are fantastic. Incredibly comfy and a lot more hard wearing than my old ones. The sound quality on my old headphones was also very poor in comparison to these Gumy headphones. Finally, as for the looks - I'm glad I let go of the attachment to the white Apple headphones. The violet JVC Gumy are such a lovely colour of purple. I would highly recommend these headphones for your mp3 player.

there comfortable - which is REALLY important to me - and sound quality really good. I'm one of those people who go through a lot of headphones, but these stay alive 4 times longer that other ones that I've had (except for that time I accidentally shut the car door on my beautiful violet gummys the week after I bought them)

These earphones are cheap and do the job, but don't have the best clarity of sound. I slightly prefer the Sony earphones based on sound quality, but these are perfectly adequate if you're not fussy.

Okay Product Great Delivery
The sound from the earphones is quite faint, don't know if that's the fact that I usually use in-ear earphones or these? Great delivery though, probably grow to the sound.

Disappointed
I have two sets of the earlier Gumy headphones which are still working perfectly after several years. These newer ones are not as loud, and seem to be louder in the left earpiece. Read more

Not as good as it looks
Bought these for my sister in december stopped working in February. As first it had good sound quality but then the left earpiece stopped working then the right.
