If you want a small camcorder that you can slip in a pocket and take anywhere at a very good price with better quality than non HD video cameras, look no further. If you want true broadcast quality HD then you will have to look at far more expensive cameras. The only downside is I am used to looking down a viewfinder and this only has a screen but I certainly cannot complain about what you get for the money. I even dropped it on a cobbled road with no ill effects.

This is a great camcorder. It's excellent quality and value. Perfect for filming out and about in HD. The zoom is 40x optical and is very handy, esp when ur at the zoo

I bought this camcorder to replace my 10 year old model. Love it really easy to use even by my 10 year old who has autism. picture quality is excellant, and getting a free 2nd battery from sony even better.
