IMPRESSA bean-to-cup espresso and coffee machines are designed with enjoyment in mind. Simply by turning and pressing the Rotary Switch, you can navigate smoothly through the easy-to-follow programming steps and do the right thing intuitively.

Interactive communication technologies such as the multilingual, clear text display, Internet connectivity or clearly understandable pictograms are there for one purpose: to simplify the dialogue between the IMPRESSA and its user. CLARIS plus filter cartridge
Anyone who has ever drunk fresh spring water can tell you: there’s a world of difference between the elixir of life in its natural form and the clear, processed liquid that comes out of our taps. But, unfortunately, very few of us have ready access to a spring.

The answer: the CLARIS plus filter cartridge from JURA. It transforms the hardness of the water from your tap into a pH-neutral balance. Apart from this, CLARIS plus protects your bean-to-cup coffee/espresso machine against scale and, used properly, can prolong the active life of your appliance.

Our tap water is of very high quality and excellent for drinking. It is subject to ongoing control, meets strict, legally binding quality requirements and contains the most important minerals and fluorides.

The use of CLARIS plus filter cartridges guarantees you freshly filtered, delicioustasting water for your tea and coffee at all times. Designed specially for JURA coffee machines, it has neutral pH and is placed directly in the water tank. This gives you three main benefits:

It’s all down to the milk
Coffee specialities are increasing in popularity all over the globe. Until just a few years ago, espresso and café au lait were everyone’s favourites, but today they have been replaced by cappuccino, latte macchiato and the rest. One of the ingredients used increasingly in all these specialities is milk. Whether it’s full cream or skimmed for the calorie-conscious really doesn’t matter. Because it’s not the fat content that’s important for delicious, frothy foam, but the protein. Warmed and frothed, as liquid or whipped cream, no other natural product is used with coffee as often as milk. There’s even a wide range of products for individuals with an allergy towards cow’s milk: goat’s or sheep’s milk, and milk made from rice or soybeans. The state-of-the-art technology and sophisticated cappuccino frothers that come with every IMPRESSA make it easy for you to plunge into the multifaceted world of coffee specialities whenever you choose.

Simple cleaning and maintenance
Particularly when you’re using milk, hygiene becomes all-important. Every IMPRESSA comes with the Easy or Professional Cappuccino frother. All the parts that come into contact with the milk, such as tubes and nozzles – but also the milk container – are outside the machine. Which means that none of the pipes and jets can get sticky from the heat generated inside. For optimum cleanliness, we recommend use of our Auto-Cappuccino cleaner. Removing the parts and cleaning them is child’s play. And making coffee has never been so much fun.
