It's brilliant. It has a rack, so all the fat from the meat drips off. Also fantastic for fish (especially good for mackerel and salmon) and vegetables, e.g. corn on cob & courgettes. The fish & veg look barbecued. Because it's covered, you can put seasoning on your food and it still retains a nice colour, the seasoning doesn't go black even when you set the oven on high.
It's a good size as well and would fit a chicken or duck up to 4 kg.
And a friend borrowed this and baked rice biryani in it, and it turned out perfect.
