Brand new for 2012, the JTX-5000XL vibration plate features an extra large base for added stability and to increase the range of exercises available. Move your feet further apart to unlock the full power of the JTX-5000XL.
The dimensions for the 'actual moving plate' are 67cm wide x 56cm deep. Other manufacturers quote the base dimensions, not the 'actual moving plate'.
The JTX-5000XL has a 1500W motor with peak power of 3000W. Power the 13mm amplitude with manual control or any of the 10 programmes. There are quickstarts for low, medium and high power.
The JTX5000XL comes with a training DVD, an A1 colour wallchart and a set of exercise straps.

I relly like my jtx5000xl the base is very big and it is so so powerful, i'm still shaking from this morning! the poster is ok and the dvd is really good.
