My cousin bought this prior to her marriage and so I inquired on its efficiency since my mum would also like to buy it. I was told that it's the best solution when combined to a balanced diet if you wanted to lose weight or tone.
It was very easy to assemble and it started working without any problems.
When used properly she felt all her muscles being worked and came out with aching legs, which is a good sign. Also when stored does not take a lot of space so that's another plus. She ended up actually loosing weight and thus she has recommended it to us. The price is also spot on, you won't find it any cheaper.
When I viewed it myself I saw that it was quite sturdy and didn't make a lot of noise, you just stand there and enjoy.
If you do run into any problem just contact the company, they were very helpful is asserting my cousin of certain details about the product.
However I should add that I gave it 4 stars because of its power, it's powerful but it could be better. For the maximum benefit you should also try to exercise a bit, perhaps the best exercise is "HIIT", Google it and see for yourself.
