I was looking for a headset to plug into our Panasonic handset as I suffer from a bit of hearing loss
and have found conversations at call centres very difficult and frustrating. Most headsets have one earpiece
but this has two so I bought it despite the only other review at the time giving one star.
I am not in an office so the background noise you might get there is not a problem for me, being at home.
So, I took a chance on the "one star" and bought it. I am very pleased with it, so far having made several
calls and no problems. The challenge will be a major computer manufactures support centre which I
have not tried yet but is the main reason I purchased this set. However, that needs the laptop to fail
and I don't wish that to happen, of course. I would give this set four and half stars and not five as
there is no in-line volume control which would have been useful. As there is no space for half a star
it has to be four stars but generally recommended.

I bought this to use with my Blackberry Phone. I spend a lot of time on business calls and the in-ear phones supplied with the phone irritated my ears after a few hours of use. Therefore I thought these would be of better quality and more comfortable. However within a few minutes of use it became clear that background noise being picked up by the microphone on this headset was making it difficult for people to hear anything else on a conference call. Typing, turning pages, even normal breathing would drown out other people speaking.
