I bought this mop as I had read such posititve reviews, unfortunately the mob is now broken, the little plastic clips holding the mop in place broke off, rendering it useless I have now thrown it away

Absolute rubbish. The rubber mop head falls off as soon as you try to use it
because there is no locking device to hold it in. I have modified mine so it is
usable. Modification details are available to the manufacturers for a huge sum of
money

Good mop. does soak up spills brilliantly. Just dont try scrubbing with it. Its not made for that sort of moping, If your house is that dirty get a buffer. Read more

Disappointed.
Worked well until I had to replace the original mop head. The new replacement head broke quickly as the plastic clips on the back snapped off and rendered it useless. Read more
