Not impressed! Looked great on How clean is your house, so I bought one. Set up as instructions, waited 20 seconds plus to let it 'warm up', then proceeded to spray hot water all over my cooker! Trigger off, then steam came out for 2 seconds. Trigger on, hot water! The tank lasted 2 minutes at most, and all I got was hot greasy water out of my oven!
Rang customer support, ha ha! They hadn't a clue, 'take it back for a refund or replacement', was their advice. I asked how long the tank should last... after a minute of silence, 'not sure, take it back for a refund or replacement'. Basically, they had no idea about their product. I got my money back. Do not touch this product, it will make your place wet, but you could have fun talking to customer support...
My steam iron produces more steam! wondering if I can adapt it!!

I also bought this after seeing it on TV. Got it after a long wait and it didn't work at all. Tried about ten times, but just makes a humming noise and no steam comes out. It doesn't even feature on the JML website so I doubt it's still made by them. Don't buy.
