This product from JML is okay if you want to take dust and fingerprints off your disc's but you can do that by just breathing onto the disc then useing a soft clean cloth on it ,as for taking surface scratches off the disc as it's meant to do it doesn't ,2 of my dvd's were skipping at parts so i sprayed some of the cleaner provided with this product onto one of the dvd's then put it into the machine ,closed the lid and spun it around for the 30 second's that JML tell you to do ,the disc looked clean after using it but thats just because the spray used on the disc is still wet but it dries in ,i put the disc into the dvd player and it still skipped at the same bits ,so i put more spray onto the disc stuck it back into the machine and this time i turned it as fast as possible for the 30 second's ,then i stuck the disc back into the dvd player and guess what just the same ,the disc was STILL skipping at the same bits ,the same scratches were still on the disc. I tried my disc on certain dvd players and the disc skipped at the same bit everytime.
Im dissapointed with JML as iv bought some good products from them but this product is a complete waste of money and as for watching the disc being cleaned on the advert they must have swapped it for a new disc as the scratches on that disc were far worse than my one ,i can hardly see the scratches and i can't even feel the scratches on my disc so they're not deep ones ,i suppose the only benefit from this piece of rubbish is that you get a lens cleaner with it.
