I have some white plastic dining chairs with a matt finish, which I can never get clean, despite having tried many products. So when I saw that this product worked on mac books which also have a matt finish, I thought why not give it a go. I felt a bit miffed that the p&p cost almost twice as much as the product. I felt a bit more miffed when it arrived today and I saw the amount of packaging using for a small unbreakable spongey block. Honestly, if there's an award for maximum amount of unnecessary packaging, this must make the short list.
But when I first used the Magic Eraser, I was practically crying with joy (yes, I do possibly have some cleanliness issues). It is amazing. My chairs look like new, with minimum effort. I then went on to get the bike handlebar marks off the hallway walls. Again it worked where nothing else had. Unfortunately, it brought a few years of grime off as well, so I now need to Magic Erase the whole hall or repaint it.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this product and will definitely be buying more.

This product is the best thing since sliced bread. Marks on walls disappear, marks on stainless steel, porcelain, anything - gone!!! No hard rubbing, no harmful or harsh chemicals just water and this cool sponge. It is absolutely brilliant. Just a pity that you cant use it on plastic but nothing's perfect. I have bought a whole stack of these erasers and saved myself a bundle on traditional cleaning chemicals. Try it, you'll be gobsmacked!!!

I got this product as a desperate attempt to get pencil marks off a newly painted wall. It worked beautifully. Wall is free of any hint of marks. Have since used it on pen marks on my desk, metal marks on a wall and foot scuffs on the floor. Brilliant. Was a bit sceptical when I ordered it, to be honest, but would have no hesitation in recommending. Comes in a big block and you cut off what you need with scissors, rinse and wipe it over the marks. I only needed a little per job so the block will last a long time - depending on how destructive my toddler gets! BTW - normal pencil erasers DON'T work on pencil marks on a wall.
