(REAL NAME)   
This is the first glass jug kettle I have purchased and am not impressed.
It has a very wide pouring spout and tends to put the water everywhere except in the mug or cup. Fortunately it did not last very long and gave up the ghost after a few months. As I was not happy with it, I did not bother to complain to the manufacturer as I would not have wanted another.
I have now purchased another make of jug kettle which is very successful.
I hope this will be of help to other possible purchasers.
