Love all these "In a hour" series as I can't absorb much.
Gives a good basis to "build" on if the subject interest wants to take you further.

It does what it says on the tin. You get a potted history which I have found to be pretty good in all of the "History in a hour" books that i've read.
I hope there's more of these books in the pipeline. I really enjoy them.

I found this guide to JFK to be an extraordinary introduction and brief overview of his life. This book is excellent for those, like me, who are interested in this particular topic but have never explicitly looked into it. The whole series of 'History in a Hour' is excellent and the concept is ingenious.

This is a very well thought out piece, with information deliverd in a clear and concise way, some times however it can feel rushed.

On the whole a very good and easy read, knowledge of the era or JFK, will help you grasp the more in-depth knowledge of the book.

A wonderful book, which told the life of JFK and Jackie and the whole Kennedy clan. A tragic story in many ways, but a book once started you cannot out down
