A brilliant book with lots of useful tips and recipes and the menus are a godsend if you are not to sure of how many dishes to put together for a 'do'. The only disappionting thing was the size. It is a bit more of a booklet. The upside is its easier to prop up in the kitchen than others and has a permanent place on the kitchen shelf during barbeque season. Thumbs up!
