This is a very comprehensive book on pregnancy yoga. Detailed descriptions of asanas and their benefits for each trimester. It gives all the safety tips for doing yoga while pregnant. From this point of view it's great. What was disappointing is the number of props required for each asana. Apart from the usual sticky mat, blocks and belts, apparantly you'll need a yoga chair (and for some asana two of them), at least two or three other types of blocks, bolsters (again sometimes two of them), several blankets, halasana table, trestle, various special benches, ropes secured to the wall, etc. I don't think it's realistic to buy and install all these things in your home just for your pregnancy period. I think the book is more suitable for a yoga teacher working with pregnant women in a well equipped studio, rather than for home practice.
