this is a new optical cable from ixos the picture on web page is the old cable when i opened the packaging i thought it was a hdmi cable due to the thickness it is not weedy old type optical it is well constructed well done ixos

i don't know how a cable should be reviewed!! I guess they all do the same job... built quality is excellent here, the cable is thick, wouldn't recommend a 1m if u havnet really measured the distance u need, it's quite short! overall a nice purchase and does the job perfectly. I'm bought two of those to connect my sky HD and PS3 to my samsung home cinema.
