From the moment I picked this book up, I couldn't stop reading. Janet gives amazing insight into the world of spirit, thru sharing her own poignent experiences, and very useful psychic exercises, which have helped my own abilities and confidence no end.I would highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in anything spiritual/psychic, as it is not only packed with information on improving your knowledge and abilities, but also makes you realise you are 'not alone' if you see/sense things that others can't ... and how you can enhance your own abilities to sense more.

Janet came from a very ordinary life the same ups and downs many of us encounter in our own lives. But being discouraged to talk to her `imaginary friends' from an early age she kept them secret and continued to work with spirit. We all have moments in our lives that we have a 'feeling' but cannot explain where it came from or even a déjà vu. The book includes easy to follow meditations not only how to connect with your Door Keeper but how to meditate with crystals, protecting yourself, developing your psychic abilities and Chakra cleansing exercises. This is a lovely book easy to read with clearly defined easy to follow psychic exercises. It also gives you an insight into the authors life, her gift and tradgic experiences. I loved this book and follow the exercises with ease.
