* Here is the definitive collection of those `Boss' men, the Rumblers. This is a compilation that surf fans and instro fans MUST own.
* We've put all the best of the Rumblers in one place: the Ace-owned Downey catalogue plus material that was sold to Dot, including the hit recording of `Boss' and its great, punker, B-side, `I Don't Need You No More'. For the first time on any legal issue, both sides of the group's first rare 45 on Highland and a late issue as the Interns, also never before issued on CD are inlcuded. All this together with a handful of previously unreleased tracks from the Downey vaults make up a terrific package.
* Other Rumblers collections exist, but in true Ace fashion we are bringing you much better sound quality, direct from the best sources, and a booklet featuring oodles of never-before-seen pictures, many from the collections of three former members of the group, and an informative essay telling the full story of the Rumblers.
* This will appeal to the instro and surf fans who may have at least one CD like it BUT will have faith in Ace to put the definitive compilation on the market. So now ... the Rumblers in a glorious new setting, with `Boss' and other great tracks sounding better than ever.
