Great book. It's title says quick and easy proven recipes and that's exactly what it is. A must in every kitchen. I cook with gluten free pastas and although this book is written for ordinary pasta I find that each recipe works perfectly with gluten free. The ingredients are basics which are found in ordinary kitchens. Once you buy this book you will turn your pasta and italian cooking into a relaxed and easy experience but what you put on the plate is delicious.

I have bought a number of cookery books in my life (I must have more than 40), this is certainly the best one I have. All the dishes I have tried from it come out really tasty, restaurant style standard. Highly recommend this book.

Good simple tasty recipes
Have been through this book and done nearly all of the recipes now! From canneloni to linguine and mussles there are loads of really simple but tasty recipes. Good price too.
