Product Description

This is a book that offers hundreds of ideas for design and decoration influenced by Italian country style. The first part of explores the essential ingredients of the style, taking in colour and texture before looking at the inimitable mixture of simplicity and comfort evident in furniture and fabrics, and going on to admire the innate gift of the Italians for living outside with the same panache as they do indoors. The second part looks in more detail at individual country homes. Whether Rustic, Contemporary, Eclectic or Traditional in character, these homes provide a wealth of inspiration for decorating your home.

DREAMY 22 Dec 2008
By AESTHETE - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Hardcover
I bought this book when it first came out and have probably looked through it over a hundred times since then. It's a perfect blend of what is modern and traditional in Italian country interiors and I would be happy to live in any of these rooms. I love this book.

TAKE ME AWAY! 6 Oct 2008
By Marie Antoinette - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
Intersting homes are featured in this book with some unpredictable decorating. It has great photography of the homes as well as fantastic views on some of the featured properties. I also recommend French Country Living by the same author.
