The first capital of Italy is Turin, where the idea of a national State was born. The azure background of the Savoy Coat of Arms is the same one found in the jersey of National sports teams (football et al). The second capital is Florence, land of culture and art, where the idea of cooking and banqueting as a moment of sharing originates. Those benchmarks ultimately lead us to the 25th of March 1861, when Cavour, as the first Prime Minister of united Italy, proclaims his first Parliament speech in favour of Rome as a capital. Italy gave birth to the concept of sitting at a table for the pleasure of staying together. A moment of sharing that we enjoy on very few other occasions today, sportive ones being an example.
