A big thank you to the 2 authors of this wonderful book. As a 48 year old woman, I've been interested in researching female hormones and nutritional support. I now find that I need look no further. Every question I had is fully answered in this comprehensive, easily understood, concise book. An excellent read.

I travelled to London from Ireland to meet Dr Gluck after reading the book,I am on bio-identical treatment for the past 3 years.I have my life back and never felt better.I highly recommend the book if you are having a bad time with the menopause. I have discovered a clinic in Ireland - Drumartin Clinic use bio-identical hormone therapy.

I definitely would recommend this book for anyone wanting to sort out their hormones naturally. This book is so well written, informative and it really makes sense. I wish this book had been available years ago. Dr. Marion Gluck explains all aspects of bio-identical hormones and this has helped me make the important decision that conventional HRT is not for me.
