I first heard of Save Ferris from their appearence in '10 thing i hate about you' and they reminded me of No Doubt who i love. I couldn't find an album anywhere then i came on Amazon and bought this. So many good tracks on here, the re-make of 'Come on Eileen' has to be one of my favourites along with 'Lies'. Save Ferris don't seem to be that well known in England and i don't know why, their blend of ska/rock/pop is quite unique, especially as they have a female singer, Monique Powell, who has an amazing voice. If you like No Doubt's old stuff you'll love this!!

Best pop/ska album I've heard in along time, all the songs are upbeat and catchy. My favourite song is 'The World is New' it sets the tone for rest of the album, fast paced ska music, with superb vocals from Monique(lead singer). If your not sure what Save Ferris sound like, there similar to No Doubt(but more interesting). There follow album(Modified) is pretty good, but this album is more consistent. Its one of those albums you'll never get sick of.

Save Ferris are ska-pop and very cool at that. The lead singer (a woman) has an incredibly powerful voice and the songs are funny, uplifting and make me laugh. They are similar to Dance Hall Crashers and Less than jake but are better in that there is not *one* bad song on this album. It maintains a high standard through out, the best song being Little Differences. It also feature an excellent ska version of c'mon eileen. their name is taken from the film Ferris Buellers day-off. Best band name i ever heard and if you like ska you'd LOVE this.

My introduction to Save ferris was a strange one- after my cousin tried to convert me to Funeral For Friend, he gave me a couple songs and told me to listen to them, afeter the first few Emo ridden songs suddenly a really lively version of 'Come on Eileen' and after that more brilliantly upbeat Pop ska songs that just made me laugh. This album is fantastic, perfect for those rainy days when youre feeling sorry for yourself or in need of something to dance to- look no further.
